Mpower Yoga is a unique class combining yoga with Community Service.

The class as a group will design and implement their own community service program.

They will first define their group’s cause and then learn how to turn it into action.

They will learn organizational and leadership skills as they learn the importance of giving back to their community. There could never be a greater time to develop your “Karma” to reach out and help others. Colleges and Universities are seeking those with leadership skills to join their Educational Institutions.
